String 반환 대신 ResponseEntity  사용

header 에는 "Content-Type", "application/json; charset=UTF-8" 추가 되어 있어야 함

StringHttpMessageConverter 선언하는 방법 있었으나

알 수 없는 <mvc:message-converters> 에서 SAXParserException 발생하여 시도해보지 못함.
